Videos are ubiquitous in practice — motion analyses, therapy progress, technique recordings, training footage. But how are they shared today? Via WhatsApp groups, on a USB drive, in a shared cloud folder with no access control. The result: videos are scattered, incorrectly attributed or not attributed at all, don't reach the right people — or reach people who shouldn't see them.

Systems such as Simi, Contemplas, Dartfish and other motion analysis tools are connected via the LIFE HUB interface. Videos are transferred automatically and assigned to the correct athlete and event — without any manual steps.
Any Video Recording
Smartphone, tablet, action camera — any video can be uploaded directly into the LIFE HUB and immediately attributed to the athlete, event, or object at the point of upload. No detour via WhatsApp or file shares.
Upload from Existing Sources
Existing videos — from local storage, older analysis tools, or external devices — can be imported in a structured way and attributed correctly after the fact. Legacy video archives can be migrated into the LIFE HUB.
Context & Control
Every video gets its context.
The key difference from free cloud storage: in the Datico® LIFE HUB, every video is assigned to a context — and that context automatically determines who may access it. No manual distribution, no chasing people, no GDPR breaches.
At upload, or during automatic transfer from an analysis system, every video is immediately linked to one or more context levels. This attribution is not optional — it is an integral part of the workflow.
Through the LIFE HUB's Roles & Rights framework, this automatically creates an access rule: the squad A coach sees only videos of athletes in their squad. The ward physician sees only their patients' videos. The therapist sees only events from their therapy group. Nobody needs to grant manual permissions — the context governs access.
Videos can also be assigned to an object — such as an orthosis, a racket, or a piece of equipment used in the corresponding event. This creates a complete, traceable video history for every piece of equipment.
