The Principle
Excel and Word as Report Builder.
Many software systems rely on proprietary report designers — complex, hard to maintain, and nearly impossible to use without vendor support. Datico® takes a different approach: data from the LIFE HUB flows directly into Excel and Word files that the customer designs themselves. The results of a measurement session, idol values, reference sets and calculated indices land in dedicated worksheets — and the front page of the report pulls all data from them automatically.
The result: high-quality, individually designed reports that update themselves when new data arrives — and that customers can maintain, extend and adapt without contacting Datico, because they already master the tools.

Measurement data, idol values, reference sets and indices from the LIFE HUB land in dedicated worksheets. The report sheet pulls everything from there.

How It Works
From Measurement Session to Finished Report
The principle is as simple as it is effective: Datico delivers the data, Excel or Word turns it into the report.
Measurement Session in the LIFE HUB
Measurement data, questionnaire responses, wearable data and calculated scores are available in the Datico® LIFE HUB — structured, quality-checked, linked to person and date.
Export to the Report Template
With a single click, the LIFE HUB transfers all relevant data into the prepared Excel or Word template: measured values, reference value classifications, idol comparison, indices — into the designated worksheets or text fields.
Report Updates Itself Automatically
The report sheet in Excel — or the Word document — pulls all values automatically from the data tables. Charts, traffic lights, tables and text update instantly. The report is ready.
Output as PDF, Print or File
The finished report is exported as a PDF, printed, or sent directly to the athlete, patient or research group — in whatever format the workflow requires.

Athlete Performance Report
After every performance diagnostic session, the athlete receives an individualized report: test results, comparison to the idol profile, zone classification and training recommendations — in a consistent, professional layout.
Rehabilitation Progress Report
Therapists create a structured progress report at the end of each rehabilitation phase for the patient and the referring physician — fully populated from the LIFE HUB, in the clinic's corporate design.
Study Report per Measurement Time Point
For each participant and each measurement time point t1/t2/t3, a standardized study report is generated automatically — with all collected parameters and calculated outcome indices, in accordance with the study protocol.
Unit Readiness Report
Periodic aggregate reports for the unit — without personally identifiable data visible in the report, but with all relevant key figures on operational readiness at the group level.
