All data captured, linked, and calculated within the Datico® LIFE HUB – measurements, scores, idols, reference sets, model results – becomes visible in the Health & Performance Workplace. No installation, no client software: directly in the browser, configured by role and user.
The HPW runs entirely in the browser. No client, no app, no drivers.
Each dashboard is assembled according to your own requirements – widgets, time ranges, parameters, layout.
Single person or an entire support team – the HPW scales from individual view to group cohort overview.
Each user sees exactly what corresponds to their role – Athlete, Therapist, Physician, Scientist, Administrator.

Individual and Group Dashboards
Dashboards in the HPW are not rigid standard views – they are deliberately assembled by coaches, physicians, or scientists for their specific context.
Individual Dashboard
One person in focus: athlete, patient, study participant, or employee. The dashboard shows their individual measurements, scores, trends, and comparison values – tailored to the specific context (rehab phase, training cycle, study period).
- Longitudinal trends of individual parameters and scores
- Idol comparison: actual profile vs. target profile
- Reference set classification: zones, traffic lights, thresholds

Group Dashboard
A group at a glance: the group dashboard allows physicians, therapists, coaches, and scientists to assess all supervised individuals simultaneously – sorted, filtered, and prioritized by need for action.
- Squad or patient list with current status values
- Traffic light and score overview for all individuals in the care area
- Filtering by criteria: zones, scores, trend direction

What the Dashboards Show
The HPW is the output channel for all insights generated within the Datico® LIFE HUB. What was calculated and analysed in Data in Context becomes visible and actionable here.
Longitudinal Analyses
Parameters and scores over time – across weeks, months, or the entire care period. Trends at a glance.
Idol Comparisons
Actual profile vs. target profile: where does the person stand today compared to the target idol? Radar visualisation at a glance.
Reference Set Zones
Classification into configured zones (e.g. optimal / borderline / critical) with colour-coded traffic light display per parameter.
Calculated Indices
Composite scores derived from Index Management – as a value, as a trend, or as a traffic light, depending on configuration.
Model Results
Insights derived from Model Generator and Smart Analysis: scores, classifications, prognoses – directly in the dashboard.
Questionnaires & Forms
Subjective data collected via Smart Forms – wellness, wellbeing, RPE, sleep – flow seamlessly into the dashboards.
