The Datico® LIFE HUB is primarily designed as Software-as-a-Service. This means: no server room, no IT infrastructure, no installation effort. You start immediately – and Datico® takes care of operations, maintenance, and updates.
The SaaS option is the most cost-effective deployment model and at the same time the fastest way to put the LIFE HUB into productive use. No upfront hardware investment, no ongoing IT operational overhead – yet full functionality from day one.

On-Premises
When the cloud is not an option.
For customers from military, clinical, or industrial environments, a cloud installation is not feasible for regulatory, operational, or security reasons. Data must not leave the internal network, or operations must take place in physical isolation.
For precisely these requirements, the Datico® LIFE HUB supports full on-premises installations – in your data centre environment, in a private cloud, or completely air-gapped without any external network connection.
Since the LIFE HUB is developed cloud-agnostically, it runs on any common infrastructure. The choice of operating environment is entirely yours – Datico® delivers the platform.
On-premises operation is subject to an additional fee. Installation, maintenance, and updates are the responsibility of the customer or their IT organisation.
Data on operational readiness and health status is subject to the highest security requirements. Air-gapped operation in classified networks is fully supported.
Hospitals with their own data centres and strict data governance requirements can integrate the LIFE HUB seamlessly into their existing IT infrastructure.
Organisations with operational networks without internet connectivity or strict internal data protection requirements can operate the LIFE HUB entirely on-site.
