Instead of a rigid system export, each customer creates their own event export schema – a template that precisely defines which fields appear in the Excel file, in what order, and with what labels. Once created, the schema is permanently available. From that point on, all exports are fully self-service: select schema, choose persons, set the time range, start export.
You define the name, order, and source of every column yourself – from all fields available in the LIFE HUB.

Define export schema
Set up once which fields your Excel export should contain: master data, measurements, calculated scores, reference status, trend values. Name each column exactly as you need it in your workflow.

For the next export simply select the appropriate schema from your list. Multiple schemas for different purposes (checkup, trend analysis, competition, study) can be managed in parallel.
Choose persons & events
Select individual persons or an entire group. Filter by specific event types (test battery, training, competition, series) or by date range – or combine both.

Performance Centre – Season analysis
After each performance diagnostics cycle, the coaching team exports all athlete measurements in a unified schema – with strength, endurance, speed, and reference value status – and hands the file directly to the federation's statistics department.

The therapy team exports all patients with an active rehabilitation programme on a weekly basis: measurements, questionnaire scores, and progress parameters – in the same schema the clinic needs for its quality assurance process.
Study – Measurement point extraction
At each measurement point t1, t2, t3 the research team exports data for all subjects in a fixed study format – pseudonymised, complete, and immediately ready for further processing in SPSS, R, or Python.
