Data in Consistency
A measurement is only as good as its context.
Most systems log who changed what and when. Datico® goes far beyond that: every single parameter is stored together with its complete contextual information – in a way that allows this context to be retrieved exactly as it was at the moment of measurement, even years later. This is not an add-on feature – it is the data model.
Objects & Equipment
Which racket, which orthosis, which ski with which grind and wax was assigned to the athlete at the time of measurement? Datico® links measurements to all relevant objects and permanently stores their state as an immutable part of the record.
Environmental Variables
Altitude, temperature, humidity, air pressure – all environmental parameters at the time of measurement are captured and permanently assigned to the value. Essential for the scientific comparability of measurement series under different conditions.
Attribute Snapshot
Which squad did the athlete belong to? Which training phase were they in? All attributes of the athlete, event, and linked objects are frozen at the time of measurement – not the current state, but the state at that moment.
Device Data & Calibration
Which device was used for the measurement? What software version was running? When was it last calibrated? Every parameter is traceable down to device level – for GMP-compliant documentation and scientific reproducibility.
The Data Model
Four context dimensions. Permanently linked.
Datico® does not store the current state – it stores the historical state at the time of measurement. If an athlete's squad changes, the old measurement remains assigned to the old squad. If equipment changes, the new configuration is stored from the next measurement onward. The result: a complete, undistorted record.
Objects & Equipment
Every object assigned to the event is stored alongside the measurement – from the rehabilitation patient's orthosis to the tennis racket with its stringing and grip tape, to the skier's ski, grind, and wax. Equipment configurations of training devices (e.g. angle setting, load, resistance level) are included too.
Environmental Variables
Altitude, outdoor temperature, humidity, air pressure, wind speed – all environmental parameters at the time of measurement are automatically captured and permanently assigned to the value. Indispensable for the scientific comparability of measurement series under different conditions.
Attribute Snapshot
All attributes of the athlete, event, and linked objects are frozen at the time of measurement. Squad, training phase, federation, diagnosis, study arm – even if these attributes change later, the historical context of the measurement is preserved and retrievable at any time.
Device Data & Calibration
Every parameter is traceable down to device level: which device (including serial number), which software version, when and by whom it was last calibrated. This enables Datico® to meet requirements for GMP-compliant documentation, ISO 13485, and scientific reproducibility.
User & System Log
Classic audit trail – fully integrated.
Beyond context-rich data storage, Datico® fulfils all requirements of a classic audit trail for regulated environments – fully integrated, tamper-proof, and exportable at any time.
USER ACTIVITIES
Every login, every data access, every action in the system is assigned to a user and a timestamp – traceable, tamper-proof, and filterable.
CHANGE HISTORY
Who changed which record when? Datico® logs the before and after state of every change – for full traceability across the entire lifecycle of a record.
ACCESS LOGS
Who accessed which patient data, athlete profiles, or documents? All accesses are fully logged – including read accesses, not just write operations.
DELETION RECORDS
Deleted records don't disappear without a trace: Datico® logs who deleted what and when – GDPR-compliant with legal basis and deletion timestamp.
COMPLIANCE EVENTS
Consent given, consent withdrawn, double opt-in, permission changes – all data-protection-relevant events are logged with timestamp, user, and context.
EXPORT & REPORTING
Audit trail data can be filtered and exported – for internal quality assurance, external audits, regulatory requests, or submission to certification bodies.

TAMPER-PROOF
Log entries are immutable. No user – not even an administrator – can modify or delete stored audit trail entries after the fact.
FULL-TEXT FILTERING
Filter by time period, user, record type, event type, or specific values. The audit trail is fully searchable and evaluable in real time.
TIMESTAMP PRECISION
All entries carry second-accurate UTC timestamps. Time-zone conflicts in international teams or devices with local time are resolved automatically.
EXPORTABLE
Audit trail reports can be output as structured Excel exports or PDFs – for audits, regulatory bodies, quality assurance, or certification processes.
